Hariyali Teej 2022 – Significance Of The Festival:
Hariyali Teej commemorates the union or Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati, also called Teej Mata on this day. Women worship for a blissful married life and for the well-being of their families. ‘Hariyali’ means ‘greenery’, so green is the colour of the festival.
